1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern access to and use of the Flumate mobile application. By using the app you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the app if you do not agree.
2. Service
Flumate is a personal life assistant offering schedule, task, routine, goal, reminder, optional calendar/health integration and AI-assisted planning tools. Features may change, be added or be removed as the service develops.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in methods and activity under your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
You may not use the service unlawfully or harmfully, infringe others’ rights, reverse engineer the service, abuse it or disrupt it with excessive automated requests.
4. Calendar and other integrations
Google Calendar, health platforms and notifications are optional and may also be subject to provider terms. You may withdraw permissions through provider or app settings.
Flumate activities are not written to Google Calendar automatically. Adding or updating a calendar event occurs only through the action you explicitly select on the activity detail screen. Synchronization can be delayed or temporarily unavailable because of provider failures. You remain responsible for verifying important schedule information.
5. AI, health and user confirmation
AI output is probabilistic and can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Flumate is not a medical, legal, financial or emergency service. Health summaries are not diagnosis or treatment advice. Consult an appropriate professional for important decisions and independently verify app output.
Flumate’s AI features aim to present data-changing operations as proposals first. You are responsible for checking the title, date, time and scope before confirming an action.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you enter. You permit us to host, process and transfer it to service providers only as needed to operate the service.
The Flumate brand, design, software and service content—excluding user content—belong to their respective owners.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or universal device compatibility. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.”
Subject to liability that cannot legally be excluded, liability for indirect loss, data loss or third-party service interruption is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination and changes
You can delete your account in the app. We may limit access for security, legal requirements or serious breach of these Terms.
We may update the Terms as the service or law changes and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
