Set preferences

Connect only what you want
Google Calendar and health integrations ask for separate permission. Creating an account never grants them automatically.

Flumate combines the near-term schedule and deterministically calculates conflicts and genuinely available time.

Confirm suggestions
Suggestions that change data are shown before execution. You remain in control.
03Google data
Calendar access is separate and optional.
Signing in with Google does not grant Google Calendar access. You start the connection separately, review the scope on Google’s consent screen and can remove it at any time.
- Necessary details such as event title, start/end time, all-day status and location are used.
- Data is processed to display the schedule, prevent conflicts and suggest suitable time.
- A Flumate activity is written to your primary calendar only when you choose “Add to Google Calendar” or “Update in Google Calendar.”
- Calendar data is not used for advertising, sold or shared with data brokers.
- Calendar data obtained through Google APIs is not sent in shared AI traffic or used to train generalized models.
- Disconnecting revokes/deletes the access token and removes imported copies.
